I dropped my car off for state inspection and it turned out it needed to be left for a few days while a tie rod was replaced. During that time I unexpectedly had to go out of state for a funeral and had to leave my car for several additional days until I got back. They were very understanding, plus didn't charge extra for leaving the car longer. Also, Tyler was very polite. There was additional maintenance that wasn't necessary for passing inspection and he didn't try to push me into getting it done. I plan to go to them again next time I need inspection or work done.
